Security cameras record what happened. PerimeterEye does something about it.
PerimeterEye Inc builds an automatic property defense system: an on-site AI brain that watches the property's cameras, decides when activity is a threat, and responds physically — aiming a motorized searchlight at the person, issuing a spoken warning, and escalating to a 130 dB siren — while the owner is notified and stays in control.
Everything below is real recorded footage from a live system on a real property. None of it is CGI or simulated in software.

Company description
Short
PerimeterEye Inc builds an automatic property defense system — an on-site AI brain that detects a threat on the property and responds to it physically with a tracking searchlight, a spoken warning and a siren, instead of only recording it.
Long
PerimeterEye Inc builds an automatic property defense system for homes and commercial sites. An on-site AI brain analyses the property's cameras in real time, classifies what it sees, and when activity warrants it responds in the moment — aiming a motorized searchlight at the person and tracking them across the property, issuing a spoken warning, and escalating to a 130 dB siren. Detection, recording, searchlight tracking and the siren run on the property itself, so they keep working through an internet outage (only the spoken AI warning waits for the connection), and the owner keeps control of policy, escalation and manual override. Complete systems are available as low as $145.17/mo for Essential (36 monthly payments at 10% APR, $0 down, through Affirm or Klarna, subject to approval), and properties with existing cameras can be upgraded as low as $84.02/mo for Intelligence (18 monthly payments at 10% APR, $0 down, through Affirm or Klarna, subject to approval); plans run from Free to $99.99 a month, with the first month of AI Guard included from activation.
Founder
Why this exists
Shahzeb Nadeem founded PerimeterEye Inc after five years of watching cameras and alarm systems fail to stop the thefts they recorded.
Shahzeb Nadeem spent five years in residential development and rehabilitation of distressed properties. Materials and equipment were stolen from his job sites repeatedly — sites that had cameras and had security systems. Thieves simply planned around them.
The decision came at his own house, at four in the morning, when someone tried to take his car out of the driveway. There were cameras. There was a security system. They recorded it. The car was only still there because he had secured it by other means — and the attempt went on for three full minutes before the thieves gave up and left.
He founded PerimeterEye to close that gap: a system that protects what is outside the house as well as what is inside it, and that warns the owner while someone is still coming up the driveway rather than after a door or window has gone.
The footage above is a live PerimeterEye demonstration at the same property, with the finished system installed. Real footage. Real-time autonomous detection, tracking, and deterrence.
“I had cameras. I had a security system. They did nothing but record it. It's 2026, and there was nothing I could find that could actually stop someone before they made it to your door or window.”

Accuracy
Describing the footage correctly
So coverage stays accurate, here is exactly what is and is not shown.
Real recordings
All footage is recorded output from a working system on a real property — phone video, property cameras and infrared cameras. Nothing is CGI or software simulation.
Live demonstrations, real responses
Every film is a live PerimeterEye demonstration: real footage, with real-time autonomous detection, tracking, and deterrence. The system was not told what would happen: detection, the searchlight aim and tracking, the warning and the siren are the system's own responses in the moment.
No monitoring centre
PerimeterEye is not a monitored alarm service: no monitoring centre, no operator, no emergency dispatch. The system acts on the property and notifies the owner, who decides what happens next.
